It is based on a recipe that wants to keep at bay the marked characteristics of dark malts, leaving the stage to the overbearing and whimsical American hops enhanced by the elegant virtues of New England yeast,
The result is a surprisingly elegant beer, in which the tropical and fruity notes of the massive hops of Eldorado and the pungent citrus of Columbus remain abundantly used both in Dry and Late Hopping!
A NEIPA, which under the tree, dresses in black !!!
